Janet and I just had dinner with Dave (14dna) and his lovely wife, Annie. Great food and conversation - no CAB's here!

Once again, connections made that never would have happened, were it not for this forum!

See y'all again, Dave and Annie - safe trip!

Mickey

Next stop...Little Rock! Dave and Annie should be in tomorrow around mid-day! David and I look forward to making new friends, cooking some ribs and having a few beers on the back patio! Isn't the forum a great place?

WOW!!!

Got to meet four new (sorta) friends this last weekend, had a long road trip, and saw a bunch of country.
Finally met Mickey and Janet on Friday evening. Spent a wonderful supper with them. They fell in love with Annie, and she with them.
I can't THANK these people enough for their hospitality and friendship.
Will have to return, just to see more of Clarksville, and that TR8.
On Saturday we made Little Rock and met Terri and David. More excellent hospitality. I just can't THANK all of these folks for being so warm and friendly.
This is proof, this forum works!

:thankyousign: :grouphug:

Dave and Annie

P.S. If you get to Canada, please come to Tillsonburg and visit. We would love to see you

Careful with those blanket invitations, there, Davie - you never know who'll show up on yer doorstep!

Glad you made it back.

Mickey;

Is this where I tell I got a gun, moonshine and no short term memory?

If these folks are silly enough to venture up to Canada, then maybe they need a refuge, so I guess the offer stands.

Dave

Heck, they even found me some wine without any sugar that I could drink one night!

How in the world do you make wine without sugar?

The winery Mickey took me to boils all the sugar out & adds Splenda in its place - couldn't tell the difference! I drank the netire bottle while Mic, Janet, Jerri & I sat there eating a picnin dinner & listening to some good jazz!

The owners of the Pub where we took Dave and Annie, and the owners of the winery are all members of Trinity. Now all I need is a principal from Moss or VB on the roster, and I'll be set!

You need to figure out how the scientologists do it..... Start your own cult.

Just stay away from the Kool-Aid! Or the, ummm, sugar-free wine?
