as i continue to attempt to change my recently purchased 59 bn6 two seater with v8 modifications. i want to change the fuel filler cap or door or whatever. it is a very large monza type which was probably okay back in the 60s when the car was converted to a v8. i have attached a picture....it must be the largest one offered as the lid is over 5 inches in diamer and it is an eyesore to me because of this....unfortunately the fuel filler neck opening in the body is even larger for the flange to bolt on. yes i could spend the money and have the area welded up with the correct opening...and if anyone has a shroud that is unusable i would be willing to purchase the filler opening area. but, for the time being any suggestions for a more expedie
nt remedy. i can order a filler that would cover the current opening. it would be very low profile but would work. just concerned if it is just not the right look for an early healey...oh well any ideas, pics, or suggestions are appreciated....thank you
