Money is no object. Which car[s]?

I didn't mean to say "(money)no object" but what other countries you might consider to match your personality.
German cars, for the most part, leave me cold. I need some with personality. A simple example of what I'd like to walk into my garage and see:

My '76 TR^
Healey 3000
E-Type convertible (6 cyl)
Ferrari Daytona
Alfa Spyder
1970 Dodge Challenger Convt. (hemi of course)
'69 GT-6
Tinsters Crypt Car

I guess I can play a long a little...

Ferrari
166MM
250 GT Lusso
288 GTO
355 Berlinetta
575M Barchetta
Enzo

Lancia
Aprilia
Aurelia B20 Coupe

Bugatti
1929 Bugatti Type 35 B

Maserati
A6GCS Coupe

Aston Martin
DB4GT
V8 Vantage (Twin Supercharged version)

Pantera
GT5 S

Porsche
911 RS 2.7
RUF CTR

BMW
E46 M3

Triumph (other than what I have)
1934 Dolomite
TR5

MG (believe it or not...)
SA Saloon

My oh my there are many many more. I can't spend any more time on this. Have to meet some friends at a local. They owe me a few pints... time to collect! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif

Ah swift6, quality over quantity....

Ok, I've thought of a small....top 10 list(ok, top 12):

1973 Corvette Roadster(white w/white top,silver interior)
1971 Buick Riviera (Red w/ white interior)
1989 Camaro Iroc-Z Convert(White)
1977 Trans Am(Black)
1970 E-type roadster
1969 MGC
C5 Corvette convert (triple black)
Lotus Europa
Triumph TR2(white w/ red interior.chrome wires/wide whites)
1964 Lincoln Continental Convert(White or black)
1955 T-bird(pale yellow w/ white hardtop)
1987 Buick GNX

I could probably go on like this for a few hours, so I'll stop myself by saying what I want right now is:
*Better looking TR6 than the one I have, and my TC completed*

Actually, If I had to drop to a top ten of cars that I want to own TO drive.

Triumph TR5
Triumph TR6 (have)
Triumph TR8 (have)
Ferrari 166MM
Ferrari 288 GT0
Ferrari 575 M Barchetta
Lancia Aprilia B20 Coupe
Maserati A6GCS Coupe
Aston Martin DB4 GT
Aston Martin V8 (Twin Supercharged, 6-Speed Manual, 550hp)

And... I want to drive them. Not just look at them. Did I say that already... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

My German Ancestry would be very upset that there are no German cars on that list. But the Viking ancestry that precedes the Germans would prefer to see me in boats. I guess I'll just have to favor the British & Scottish ancestry with half of the list being British. I've confused my family with my affinity for Italy as well. Now that I look at the top ten list... the other five are all Italian. Go figure... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Oh, and I'd add a French car.

Renault R-8. The ugliest and slowest car on the planet, but I had one a bazillon years ago and it taught me how to spin a wrench.

I remember making a list a while back - they were all Triumphs - maybe I am a little sad!

I think I'll choose one car - just to be different - let's make it a TVR, custom, high performance, maybe charcoal grey with black leather interior, expensive stereo, BBS wheels, drilled brakes, electric fans on the radiator.

Oh, and Pam Anderson, three weeks off, and in Vegas.

Let's party. Why stop at the cars?

Ooops, I know. Maybe bad timing on my part. I'm just joking around.

I went to school with Pam's sister Danni in Comox. Their mother sold me my tuxedo for grad. Very nice people.

It's a small world.
