I am actually using my Jamaican bodied 56 MGA a lot this year - just came back from a trip down to the US. It is an interesting combination of period (improved) handling and brakes, totally off the wall looks, and a 200 BHP V6 under the bonnet. It is more weather tight than a roadster, and has absolutely tons of power - enough that I don't tempt fate by doing hard starts, given that I am still using the banjo MGA diff in it.

Nice to be having fun with it instead of building it.

The last touch was to fit a GPS speedometer, which works perfectly out of the box.
