Well I started pulling the bits off my barn find (Mk1 Bugeye Sprite) and am labeling them. Question - who/where has the best prices for Sprite body parts. I can get most of the engine parts from the guy I get my Mini parts from. In particular - I need a windshield, left rear fender and drivers side front floor plan. I'm new to Sprite-dom. Thanks for the help.
 
New: Floor about $127; rear quarter about $500; about $160...would be nice to find a parts car with quarter & windshield...floor almost needs to be new though.
 
What Tony did not say and won't usually is that he is a Moss distributor and can get mostly all the little car parts at a very nice discount.

Let him know what you need and he will give you a delivered price.

Oh yea and check out his web site if you have not. Lots of intresting stuff.

If you don't already have the Moss Motors Sprite-Midget catalog, the Victoria British Sprite-Midget catalog, and/or the Austin Healey Spares Sprite catalog get them they are free and contain a wealth of information. As already noted most of us have a parts car or two to use for some no longer available parts and for major body parts. If your Mini guy deals with any of the above as a reseller of their parts you probably could get his prices plus a small markup saving some over paying retail.

I would recommend Tony and Moss. IMHO that seems the best route to go. I have no affiliation with Tony and do not buy parts from him /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif because I have a special arrangement at Moss:; If I did not have this, I would definately be ordering from him.

Tough to beat Moss. online ordering. ordered a tool on sunday nite , they had it here monday afternoon.
