My Frogeye has its rear deck cut back a la Mk2+ but not particularly elegantly.
Despite the improved boot space access, I'm looking to reinstate the missing section. I can see the points where there was a brace under the deck but getting the right curvature upon which to apply the bespoke panel is the concern.
I believe there are probably a number of Mk1s out there with this mod and others that might have had it reversed. I'm hoping a brace may be available somewhere or at least some measurements.
