Missing Mount

I was inspecting some of the images I took of twosheds TR3A, and discovered that I'm missing a mount on the front fender.

The missing mount is spot welded to the top of the fender and is used to hold the nose to the front of the car. The mount is present on one side, but not the other.

Looking in the VB catalog, I'm unable to locate the part. Is this something I'm going to have to fab up?

I guess so. At least you have the other one, therefore you can make one (or have one made) for the other side as per this one.

Sometime in the past, the valance may have been hit - or replaced from another TR3A, and if the gap was not parallel between the hood (bonnet) and the front valance (apron), maybe someone cut off the bracket to adjust the gap better.

On the other hand, maybe it left Mulliners (builder and painter of the body) with this part missing and S-T completerd the final assembly of the car leaving this part missing.
