Hi guys

I posted a while ago about possible air filter modifications.
Anyways i took the advice of a couple of ppl off the last threat i posted and spent my last free day off work ripping apart my CRAPPY air filter casing. (BLODDY STUPID LOOKING THINGS)
I cant imagine those doing anything good for the car!

After doing this mod, i noticed a slight improvement in performance, so hoping to improve my slowwwwww.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif 0-100km/hr times, i tested it.

Pulled up with mid to high 11's! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
keep in mind this was at night, fairly cold air, the car was well warmed up, so it was pretty much optimal conditions.

None the less, im very happy with this mod and recommend others to try /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Not bad at all for a custom attempt - good job!

Probably saved yourself a bit of money choosing to not go with the similar looking K&N setup
