...with several of the frequent posters off at the Lake of the Ozarks. I'll be leaving tomorrow (Weds) afternoon and planning on reaching the hotel before dark.
My car is as ready as its gonna get...now I've gotta figure out why my trailer winch decided not to work properly...we plan on leaving early tomorrow morning with the sun!
But, I'm taking a computer - don't know if there's internet where we're staying....
Oh, I'll still be here to check on zimmy's posts and listen to the echoes down the empty halls !! Wish I wasn't going to be here though :frown: !! I will be with you guys at LoO in spirit though  ! I am anticipating LOTS of pictures and reports in a week or so (a video or two might be nice too !!)

Will, try to take many pics and videos mike. Also, wish you could make it. maybe we can have another regional meet up sometime. There is a car show in the fall in Charleston SC that I would like to go to, maybe you could hit that one.
I'm hoping to have that on friday evening if my laptop cooperates.
Don't worry, there will be live (ish) photos, and video, at least by Sunday.
I got to go pack.....
I am not bringing my laptop but wife is bringing hers, I will try and give a few minutes when I can but downloading pics takes time and might not get much till next week from me.
A digital cam will do and also survive the ride! (I have always kept a little saddle-bag I got at the local parts place that fits nicely just ahead of the shifter and stows cameras, fuses, a couple of bulbs, small parts and tools nicely!)
Many of these cameras take a few minutes of video, easily uploaded to an internet account!!
You have my # don't you Doc.? Feel free! Looks like (from the early returns) we may have some communication and more than a few pix. Dunno if'n it helps though...just makes me wish I were there more!!
