Midget Combo Gauge

Hello All<

Anyone know how to adapt a aftermarket Temp gauge to the midget thermostat housing? the temperature sender seems too short to snug up to the adapter.
If I can't fit this gauge I guess I'll have to get a new gauge even though the oil pressure part works just fine. Anyone have any tips

You might try contacting these folks:
Nisonger They specialize in rebuilding Smiths gauges and may be able to rebuild yours. Worth a shot.

I also found a place called gaugeguys.com
that is a Smiths dealer and has a new gauge for my little
Midge. Glad I found this forum!

Thanks for the tip Joe! Until now the only place I knew of was Nisonger's. Nice to know there are alternatives out there. BTW, I'm glad you found this forum too!

Oh, and just a tip....when you post a web address, if you click the "URL" button while posting a message, it lets you enter the URL and the name of the site. Then, when you save your post it will provide a link that people can click. (The URL button appears along with some other "Instant UBB code" buttons just below the text window when you are tying a message.). I edited your post to make the gaugeguys site a link.

The basics are pretty straight forward, and there are a lot of other cool things you can do which you'll learn as you go (like posting pictures, sending private messages, etc.)
