Midge & Bridget Together

I drove Midge 50 miles last night to my mothers place so I can park her in the garage & bring Bridget back home to get an alignment & wheel balance this week (only room for one at my house).

Bridget is looking better after being "de-sabrina'd" & the rostyle rims painted this winter...

First time I had them together (except for a brief one night stay last fall) so it was time for an imprompt photo shoot, both need a good wash but that' wait till the weather gets warmer.

Here's to the 2011 Driving Season !!

nice! please tell me your fiancée's name is Gidget.

Very nice pair of cars you have there.

Ha ha JP! Nope her name is Paula, doesn't rhyme with Midget at all

ya Steve the hardtop isn't to bad for visability, I had put it on last fall just to check it out & haven't taken it off yet, not sure how much I'll ever use it, also have to figure out what seal (if any) was used on the back edge of the hardtop, no seal there, just sits against the snaps for the convertible top - seems strange... have to install new soft top once weather gets nice & warm, makes stretchin it on easier on a sunny afternoon -

Wow, Bridget looks great with hardtop - I think the car-color sills look really good on the RWA cars as well.

If you have a chance, would you mind posting a pic of the boot rack? I have been on the fence about installing one on my '74, I like yours better than the later flat style.

Hope these 2 pics will work for ya, let me know, I can always take more, but this is what I had available from pics already taken

Perfect, thanks. That is an interesting design, I will have to keep my eyes open for one.

Man, I love that red hardtop...don't be surprised if a Bridget clone is spotted running around northern KY

Imitation is the highest form of flattery ! ha ha no problems, plus you would need to thank the previous owner, not my doing at all - I have to admit the body colour hardtop is growing on me, I usually like to stick to originality, but I may be making an exception
