Exactly right, and when cold it seems to take at least 10 miles before they stop, ah, shaking? I like minis also, but its the quality of Panasports. Also, I checked my tire date codes. I bought these tires new in 06, date codes, 038,078,138,409. As you can see, 3 of the tires were already over 8 years old, 1 over 7 yrs. Now, if you don't know, there is only one distributor in the US for Redlines. They lied to me, cause I asked before purchase about the age. They also had over 800 in stock at the time, and they said they were all this old, they checked after I complained. These tires should have been sold as NOS. But they did offer to take them back, or destroyed, and you are right, they do look good. I wish I had sent them back, nowing what I know now about the ride etc. Like I said, my friends car with modern tires is far superior to mine, in ride and handling. Also, I believe my tires to be from the last batches made, but I'm not sure. Any tire after 2000 would have to have a 4 digit date code, anybody seen a Redline with the newer code?
