Hi I bought the Miata for my daughter to drive, 7 years ago, and it has been a great little car. Since my TR3 restoration is at a stand still, the body shop is taking forever to finish working on the body and paint, I decided to do some minor work on the Miata. I bought some new replacement shocks, and boots (Koni STR.T) and I am getting ready to install them I asked the local shop about doing the replacement but they want an awful lot of money to do the job. Is it really that difficult? I went to HF and got a spring compressing tool and I have a fair amount of experience, tools and of course enthusiasm. I rebuilt the entire TR3 with the aid of BCF and every bit of help I could find along the way and it went pretty well.

I am reaching out to see if there's any good advice or other sources of information for me to see before I take on the task.

In advance! Thanks!
