T-Series MGTF Lower A-Arm Busing Replacement

I am planning on replacing the lower A-Arm Busing on a MGTF and I have some questions related to removal of the lower A-Arms.

Do you need to use a spring compressor or some other process to remove the lower A-Arms and if you use a spring compressor where do you get one that small?

Or you can buy one form many sources including Mac tools. Cost is between $40 and $65 depending on where you shop.

You can do it without by using jacks and stands, but I find it easier to use the compressor.
