Mgtd wouldn’t go forward or reverse when put in gear. I was driving and stopped and heard a loud clang when I started to drive away it wouldn’t move.
Got the car jacked up and the driveshaft turns when put in forward and reverse but not fast. How can I check what went wrong.
Could an axle broke or something else happen.
Like in Bluffton SC and no repair shops want to even look at it.
Any suggestions for repairs or persons I can bring it to.
Thanks John

No personal experience but it sounds a lot like a half shaft. Probably not a super difficult DIY project but, as per Bob's suggestion, the MG forum would have more expertise.

take a look at the other request - I posted some videos

good luck!
