I have the Moss Motor padding kit and found conflicting instructions on replacement. Does the cloth layer go between the springs and horsehair, or on top of the horsehair?

Also the kit contains a one foot square pad of horsehair. Where does this piece go?

J - on my pretty much original '53 TD, the cloth went over the springs, then the horsehair, then the leather seat cover.

There was a ca. one foot square pad of horsehair under the leather of the seat bottom.
