MGTC Steering

Hi All, I have recentley added a 1949 MGTC, and I find the steering very disconcerting. I have adjusted all the free play from the steering, I do have very minimal king pin motion, I do have the older tires. With this information, can someone help me make this car go in a straight line? I cannot believe that this car is supposed to act like this. It does not lead one way or another on the road but it will drift especially on a rougher surfaced road. Any help would be welcome and then some.

Welcome to the Forum!

Post your question over on the MG section, and I'm sure you'll get plenty of help.

Hi Dale,

"Welcome" to the BCF. I have to guess that you`ve already posted your question on the MG Forum and got your answer.

I lived in the "Stroudsburg, PA" area (Effort, PA to be exact); Where is "Fairview"?

Regards, Russ
