Posted an article the other day about my recently painted MGC-GT..couldn't figure out how to post a pic..finally got it figured out so added an attachment to the original post, but here it is. Not totally finished, have a couple of small bits to order and the front and rear glass trim have to be installed. I have done all the work myself...had a few pals helping but no work was sub-contracted out. The next project is either my recently acquired C roadster..or my wifes 65 Mustang.

Hoo-Hoo....Pretty, pretty.....which white is that?

Thanks...WT4...Snowberry White. Dupont and PPG only showed it in laquer...ugh...PPG went to the east coast plant, they shot a test panel in laquer, scanned it, came up with the enamal base clear codes, computered the codes to my local PPG supp;ier and had the paint in my hands the next morning. Has the slightest tint of green..and easy to shoot. My C roadster will be the pale yellow.

Nice indeed.

ja! es muy bonita!

Sweel ride. Me jealous!

Could be the lightling but jacks look a little yellow. Nice looking cars though.
How's the '68 CGT was it, coming?

Yeah, I think Tony's "may" be a pich whiter.

Yep, mine's bit whiter...interesting to compare them

Comparing whites is like comparing Blaze to Vermillion Red..

Or blacks even. I've owned 4 different black cars, and they were all different shades of black.

1968 MGC roadster.....goes on the QuikLift when the GT in the photo comes off

1969 MGC GT w/automatic transmission needs brake boosters rebuilt...scored a rebuild set for one of them on ebay the other day

Not many lbc I'd really want what I have, but a C is one of the few, really nice(3000cc).

Jack,

Nice white! and I think that since next sunday is Mothers' Day, you ought to work on the wife's Mustang...and give the C roadster to me /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

I promise to give her a good home /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif

hah.... I don't think anyone (that knows what it is) would turn away a C... it's somewhat of a rarity... I think I'd like to own one some day... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually went out and uncovered the 65 Mustang yesterday...dosen't need much bodywork, could probaly have it in primer in a week. Most of the new suspension, interior and little bits have arrived...and I picked up a 5.0 with and automatic behind it. Car was originally a 6 cyl. car, have all the parts to retro it to a five lug. V-8 car...a/c..loaded. Will be red with black interior.
