MGB MGB Twin cam?

I know in the UK people put Rover K Series engines in the B; and I have heard that a few Miata engines and transmissions have been used in North America.
I wonder if anyone on the board has done this, and how difficult it was, and how pleased (or displeased) they are with the result.
I realise the popular upgrade is to the V8, but I think this is interesting because it is less of a "touring" and more sporty choice, and also gives a (very slight) historical reference to the MGA twincam.
Simon.

I believe the best upgrade for my B (When my present engine gives out) will be a 2.0L Ford ZETEC. They can be had from 120HP to 200HP @7000RPM.

I've seen it done, but the real historical reference is the Rover V8, which was done at the factory.

I've read about the Rover K being put in Midgets...don't think I've read about one going into a B
