Hi all:

Anyone replace points distributor with electronic one? Are they really better? How about performance, any noticeable changes?

If so, which would you recommend?

Apreciate any advice. Thanks

Gday Tim, some members of my local MG club speak highly of Flamethrower electronic distributor,by Pertonix ,but the longest one has been in a car would be twelve months.Bob
 
I didn't notice any changes when switching over from points to electronic other than not having to adjust the points in the last 10k miles. What ever route you take make sure to send your distributor out to advance distributor for a rebuild and recurve if you want to get the most out of it. https://www.advanceddistributors.com/
