Ok here is the issue
Thrumisate housing was leaking so I orederd a new one. And a gasket.
They showed up today ok quick job then off for a hike... No
the nuts came off ok but housing won't budge so walked to with hammer fewtimes. Nope no luck. Ok a bigger hammer well the housing broke but one section wouldn't come off the bolt. I start wiggling it back and forth and snap off the stud. No problem I picked up a set of reverse thread screws last week
so put the smallest in no luck pulled it out, for fear of breaking it drilled out the whole a bit more and put in the next size up hardens steel revrece thread screw. ..yep broke that one in the head.
suggestions? i guess a very powerfull drill and a whole lot of bits

Having a home brew, steve
