Hello, I rebuilt my 64' MGB gearbox with new sycro rings from Moss Motors. The third gear sycro still doesn't work properly and I have since heard the Moss rings are of poor quality.
Is there a quality source for the sycro rings?
Any good way to bench test before re installing- again?

Sorry to say that Moss does have many bits that are not up to snuff. I would think that TRF factory is supplied by the same firm? Would look for NOS if I where you.
