MGB MGB Fender Blankets

Not sure what the proper protocol is for posting this kind of stuff but I'm an old retired guy with time on my hands, so last year I started to make Fender Blankets for the TR6.... seeing as I'm a TR6 owner that was an easy job and have now sold almost 100 of them! So I figured I'd try the MGB next.......

One thing I've now learned is that Triumph stayed very consistent through the years while the MGB kept moving stuff all around. This made it impossible for me to come up a blanket fits all MGBs........hood props can be on either or both sides and in 2 different places......... then there's the radiator that moved between mechanical fan cars and electric fan cars. And forget about antennae and mirror locations. I made one up to cover all the hood prop locations and went to a local guy's house to test fit..........perfect fit until he mentioned the radiator location in the early cars. He had an early MGB-GT that he's restoring so we took some measurements and that radiator moved 9" when they went to electric fans!

So that little nugget of knowledge left me with no choice but to sew them to order based on the car. You can see a bunch of pictures on my site.........

Anybody in here need an MGB blanket complete with vinyl lined tool pockets? Custom made to order.

In the day, Marion Weber's MG Mitten would have been THE outlet!

Looks really good. Bit more than I need, but a cool product.
