I am pulling and engine and trans from my MGB and want to know what attachment points are commonly used on the engine.

I was thinking about using a 2 of the intake stud holes and then the the alternator bracket.

By the way.. Does $100 sound fair for a running engine? Any buyers out there in Michigan?

Thanks..

Engine and trans out.. Can't wait to install the OD in my good car. Seems a shame that this MGB may never see another engine again.

My engine lifting bar is the hand crank balance type. I also use a front and rear head bolt as lift points on the MGB engine, on the T series engineI use a different technique, such as;
