Is there any demand or value for a used, but almost new in appearance MGB cat? There is a local guy that pays $80 plus for any foreign cat as scrap. I would hate to just scrap this thing if it can help out some poor schmuck in Cali that still needs it. If it is a sought after piece, I'll ebay it. I Bought a TR8 coupe on New Years day. As a part of the deal, I had to completely remove all of the stuff he had.(Sold house- had to clean up yard) I had to remove three rusty MGBs. I am amazed at how much you can make parting these things out. Also picked up a compressor, painting supplies, a snow plow, a bunch of alloy wheels, VW Beetle sheet metal, a load leveling trailer hitch, and a bunch of scrap steel. I was able to get three hundred knocked off the price of the TR8 for the service of removing all of this JUNK (wink wink nod nod).
