MGB MGB and MGC - looking for a part

Hi guys,
I have a Healey, but I am looking for the cast cable cam used on the HIF 44 SU carb. I believe this carb was used on some MGBs and MGCs? Anyway, the cam can be seen in the image below which is a Victoria British sales ad. Can anyone give me a lead on finding this part? Apparently the later HIF 44s changes because the cable cam is now a yellow zinc plated piece that mounts differently.

FWIW, that carb was never a factory fitment to the MGB or MGC. It was an aftermarket option to replace the Zenith Stromberg on the 1975-1980 MGB. That will likely make finding one more difficult. Good luck!
