Well, there *is* an MGA in there. Really.


I don't usually watch Chanel No. 5 ads, but ...
 
You only watched it because you are a Pat's fan. That's Brady's wife.
 
If the producer REALLY knew his stuff, he would have put her shapely posterior in a TR5.
it would have fit the theme much better.
 
I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish with that commercial, it made no sense to me.

Only purpose for any commercial is to lodge the item into our memory banks.

If you see an ad like this and don't understand - trust me - it isn't directed at you or your demographic (side bar - MTV ran Beavis & Butthead for years after the ratings tanked simply so that kid's parents wouldn't watch MTV and spoil their demographic)

Back to the ad - had a Land Rover too. (And of course they couldn't use a Triumph - they needed a car that ran not a static display ;P )

Sure they could of used a Triumph, just let it roll down a hill while filming....it would have been great.
