I thought I read somewhere that all 80 LEs were black. Except UK models, which were offered in Bronze or Pewter.

That is correct.

The UML Summer Party featured the MGB/LE one year.

There was a gaggle of them!

Black looks really good on the B's and I have seen a Black MGA that was stunning.
