hello
should i use after market brakes or its better to use original parts from erez lugasi store?
its a bit expensive here and people recommend only oem parts.
thanks
There are lots of aftermarket brake (and other) parts available these days, and most are very good. I don't know what prices are like over there, so can't comment. OEM parts are good if you're trying to stay original, but sometimes the aftermarket pieces are better.
The stock brakes on MGBs are very good. You can improve them slightly but in my opinion it isn't worth the cost. MGBs were never known for poor braking ability.
im trying to stay original when it comes to real parts.brakes and other stuff that i dont see the need to pay twice and even more for almost the same job done.i found some really good prices at erez lugasi and i think that the parts was very quality and doing the job!
You might be the only German member of this board. We are thrilled you are here but you might get a better answer to this question at some of the European marque boards.
