MG 1100 colours

Does anyone know of a colour chart that shows the available colours for the mid-60's MG 1100 that was imported into the U.S. My Grandfather owned one. I remember it being B.R green but my brother thinks it was a much lighter shade of green. He was a teenager then so he may be right. I was just a squirt and could just see out the back window when we went for a ride. <font color="green"> </font>

Looks like two greens available in 1963.

Should be the same as that for the other BMC 1100's, if that will make your search any easier. There was a dark (British Racing) green, but I'm pretty sure there was a lighter shade of green at some time as well.

I would suggest that it was Almond Green, same as that used on the Minis of that era. Not quite as dark as BRG.

For what it's worth, the Mini in my signature/avatar is painted BMC GN37, Almond Green... or at least its modern equivalent from PPG.
