Metropolitan?

Tom, You are probably not looking for something as small as a VW bug, but I had a 73 Super Bug with a three speed transmission and semi auto shift. No clutch pedal, but there is a clutch automatically operated when you move the gearshift lever. Surprisingly it works very well! I had mine for 5 years and never had any clutch or shifter problems. It also has a torque converter and clutch combination, which also lets you start off in high gear without shifting if desired, but sluggish. Always reminded me of the 50s Buick Dynaflow. PJ
