I just got back from a week in Charleston, SC and on the flight from Atlanta, I saw a fellow walking down the isle with an MG logo on his shirt. I whipped out a BCF card and handed it to him has he walked by and he said he was already a member. It was martyc from Nazareth, PA. He has an MGB now but had a TD recently as well. He was flying to Albuquerque to visit friends. You just never know where you're going to run into another BCFer!

We'll be in Charleston for Christmas.
Did you get to see anything that you'd reccomend?

Yes... It was very cool running into Basil on the plane! If I hadn't been wearing an MG logo'd shirt or hadn't had to us the lavatory on the flight, probably wouldn't have met. Also in the "small world" category... after meeting Basil, the gentleman sitting in front of us on the plane overheard me telling my wife and told us he owns a 52 TD. Showed us a couple of photos on his ipone. Truly a small world!

Cheers!

Ate at a really good BBQ place called "Sticky Fingers". Great pulled pork BBQ! I sat at a table with a plaque that read "AL Roeker sat here 4/8/04" (He's the Good Morning America weather guy who used to be very heavy, but later lost a lot by having tummy surgery.)
