Met 59diamond [Bill] and his beautiful 1960 Bugeye

So I'm in San Diego this week for my job. 59diamond saw me post about being in San Diego and invited me over to look at his 1960 Bugeye.

All I can say is WOW! Makes me want to go out and find a Bugeye! What a cool little car and in just superb condition!

It was a pleasure meeting you.
I can't take a lot of credit for the condition of the car. I am only the caretaker and most of the credit goes to Scott for putting together such a beauty.
I would also like to thank Bill M for helping me keep it in good condition.
It will be at the Polo Fields in Del Mar on Sunday for the combined opening day of polo and a car show to benefit Wounded Warriors.
The show is on the grass so it should be a great atmosphere.
Since I have owned 60 FROG it has garnered about a dozen awards and I hope to get another one on Sunday.

Well I won another Trophy. There were six peoples choice awards, among the various categories..I had the most votes in peoples choice so I got a bigger trophy then the others.
I was lucky I went by myself because this trophy is about 4 feet tall and I could barely shove it in the boot. N.ow my problem is convincing my wife to let me display it indoors
