Beautiful, wife says sweeeeet! She also said she would be next in line! Congratulations Tom, that wagon will now be spoiled worse than a new grankid.

I was gonna say sweet but it looks like Larry's wife beat me to it. Well, really nice anyway and congratulations.

Fantastic! Great video - but, wagon?! Pshaw! Countryman if you please.

Thanks guys. One thing "sweet" about it: after a week of not hearing from the dealer, he apologized and accepted my offer, which also includes some minor repairs, the regular scheduled maintenance (Morris says "every 1000 miles"), and transport from Maine to me in Connecticut.

I figure it'll be less attractive to the local kids, and more useful to me for cargo than my Altima. Well, those are my excuses anyway ... but it's a hoot to drive!

JP - not a wagon or countryman! A "Moggy estate" as they said in New Zealand back in the day ...

Lovely old Morris Tom, congratulations on getting it.

By the way, Tom, it's not obvious but there is a "BBcode" (or tags) that allows you to quickly link to posts within the current thread. Simple use:
Code:
[post]19[/post]
Which will result in a link with just the number: See post: 19

Or you can include text in the link:
Code:
[post=19] see post #19[/post]
Which will include the text in the link: see post #19

Not exactly an F1 ... but it can carry more stuff than my Altima ... While enjoying this mysterious experience called "shifting gears".

:driving:

Did you mean Minor repairs?

Minor repairs and built in theft device, third pedal and a stirck. Can't out run the police either.

O ye of little faith ...

Now we're doing a hundred and twenty, as fast as I could go.
The Rambler pulled alongside of me as if I were going slow.
The fellow rolled down his window and yelled for me to hear,
Hey, buddy, how can I get this car out of second gear?

You've obviously never seen my car in a race ...

As they say, winning isn't everything.

And of course the dance of his people...
