First let me apologise for not doing this earlier. I have been "lurking" in the weeds for years, in a small city of about 30,000 souls, just north east of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Since joining, I started the new job of being retired. Initially, I thought I would be busying myself with assessing and possibly restoring the 1974 Triumph TR6 I bought almost 15 years ago, in 2006. Well, that hasn't worked out! The cliche of being retired and wondering how you found the time to work for those 50 years is very true. At least I find it so.

Ironically, Covid19 has moved the TR6 up in the list of priorities as we haven't been able to travel for, pretty much, a whole year so the "honey-do" list is almost complete (just jinxed myself!). As I get into it, I may well be tapping into the resources of this Forum.

The attached photos were taken overlooking the Peace River, near the town of the same name, in Alberta Canada in April 2007, the year after I bought the car.

Wow. Totally awesome car and the view isn’t too bad either. I also have a 74 TR6 that Has been my master for 39 years in May of 2021. We have spent considerable time in Calgary ( Mackenzie Town) when our son was an exec with the CPR. My wife also has family in Grande Prairie and Valleyview. Your province is a great location for vacations. Good luck with the restoration from Tilbury, Ontario, Canada

Love it! Welcome to BCF! By teh way, you can add those pictures to our "Media" section too! (Link is up top). If you were to post those pictures in the Triumph forum, they would automatically get added to the Media Galler up top!
Cheers!
