Has anybody bought anything from an outfit called Mech Spec? They are a used parts vendor in Britain (I think).
I tried to access their catalog but the website just hangs. The entry webpage is OK but there ain't much there.

I'm trying to locate a manifold/carb/linkages setup from a British market Spitfire 1500 or Midget 1500.
 
I ahve dealt with them both through their eBay store, and directly (phone and email). In my opinion they are are excellent supplier. You can get a good idea of their prices by searching for them on eBay, and looking at their eBay store.

For some reason, they're website won't load properly on my computer. The email link worked and I got a quote from them. They had what I needed at a reasonable price.
