I need new tires for the Mazda - I want touring not all season as I have winter tires already. 215/50-17. Here for about $600 I can get a set of what I expect are off brand tires. I will be in Buffalo soon - can I do better there? and, if so, with whom?

I have ~These~ on my Miata. Quite good and $90 USD each at Tire Rack (I took my Blizzaks off yesterday).
 
How does tirerack work? do they ship to a shop? how much does that add to the price? How long does it take?
 
They will ship to you or a shop of your choice.

Here in the US, they have a list of approved installers they work some sort of a deal out with (and that they will ship to).

I'm not sure how that part works......I have them shipped to me and I put them on myself.
