I have a friend in California that is about to undertake the restoration of a Triumph Mayflower. Do any of you know of any parts sources here in the States? Generally, if you mention a Mayflower to the un-initiated, you just get the "deer in the headlights" look.

Anyway I think Mayflower parts aren't easy to find anymore, but I do know of people still restoring them. So I don't know where they are sourcing parts.

Your friend should consider joining the British Saloon Car Club of Canada (with many American members too) - link below in my signature. Lots of members (450 plus) and a few Mayflower owners.

Thanks for the responses, gang. I sent her the links she didn't already have. And, Sherlock, no, that wasn't the same Mayflower. Hers has been in the family since new, was her "hand me down" ride during college, and now she wants it restored to it's pristine glory.(?)
I was surprised that the one on ebay didn't sell at $650. Zero bids! heck, if it was closer I'd have bought it, just for grins. Then I'd have to out bid her for parts!!
