Spelling is something from the past apparently, I see spelling errors in the scroll for the local news all the time. For example, STUDENNTS yesterday and EARLEE. Funny thing is they don't notice it most of the time and it keeps on for the whole show.

"Data of Americans is work $6,500 a year"
I think they meant "worth" not "work"....

I think a lot of the problem is that people have come to rely too heavily on technology and autocorrect, which very often will "correct" with the wrong word.
