You're only now seeing Halloween decorations in stores??... They started here in Kroger's grocery about 10 days before the end of August.

Actually, judging by the costumes of the characters that seems like a Halloween Advent Calendar - which is not just a Gak but an abomination.
(Then there was the time Home Depot held a 'Black Friday' sale in April. Of course the Friday in question was Good Friday. Had a chat with the manager about that)
