Maybe Did it Again.

Hehe, wife turned me off for the rest of the month on car related expenses as well.
 
Well, I got them home, and have to say the pictures are better than reality. The red car is pretty far gone, and there's some dodgy body work hiding under the quickie paint job on the green car.
I haven't investigated any further than what I noted loading them up and dragging them home. I don't even know if the wire wheel car is a true wire rear axle, or if it has the bolt on conversion. They're both in one of the storage units for now. Maybe I can get some pics this coming weekend. But, for the price, I did OK, as there are two complete 1275 drivelines, if nothing else. Any parts removal will have to wait until warm weather, though.

This summer I had an opportunity for a pair about like your two within 60 miles of where I live at roughly the same price. I had just paid for a 1275 core to take up to Hap for rebuild and was watching Ebay for a couple different diffs. While the trannys won't bring a lot, cores are getting higher and, at times, diffs are fetching over $100 on Ebay...unless you have a 3.7...then it's and arm and a leg.

Had I not been in the midst of a project and concerned about watering down my efforts further, I'd have gotten them.
