Since there have been several post on exterior marker light problems I thought I would post mine too, TR6, left front marker, bulb quit working, changed bulb, still will not work, checked with OHM meter, had voltage at the fixture but the light still would not come on, checked the bulb, OK, checked the wire connections under the hood, pulled the wire cleaned the connections both pos and ground, still no go, so I pulled the light unit replaced the run of wires to the plug in under the bonnet and now success it works, all I can guess is it made enough of a connection to give me 12 volts at the base but not enough current to light the bulb, so another just because you have voltage you might still have a wiring problem

In my case there was 12v at the socket, and the bulb was good.

But one of the socket's internal contacts had pushed back into the socket, so the bulb didn't contact it.

Glad you had success.
