Marcos GT anyone?

Windscreen is broken in half too.

Right you are about the pond but I thought these cars had fiberglass bodies... Right ?
In any case yes, the car is rough looking.

Yes, fiberglass body with wood framework for body structure. The actual "frame" or chassis, is steel. Looking at the state of all the metal parts, I can only imagine what the wood must be like.

Hemmings Sports and Exotic just did a feature on a Marcos, they have grown on me over the years, neat cars, certainly unique engineering. If I had Jay Leno type money I would have one in my collection.

No doubt it would cost a small fortune to restore, but they do look good.....

I know a guy in Texas with three of them all in fairly good condition till you start looking at the structure .
