Many Questions thread

Congrats on persevering with your project car, and for tapping the wealth of knowledge on these forums. When I had my first LBC (1969) there were few places to turn to for help... mostly other confused owners!

Good news: you have the best possible Spridget braking system with the dual master cylinder. Given the state of the rest of the cars "upgrades", suggest you take a minute and trace the lines to make sure that either

1) one pipe from the master feeds the front brakes and one feeds the rear

or: 2) one feeds the LF and rear, the other feeds the RF, or vice versa.

The idea being that if one seal in the MC or a brake line fails, the car will still stop.

Pedal mounted brake light switches are used by many manufacturers... a walk through the local wrecking yard or trip to the parts store should turn up one that will bolt into the fitting on your pedal box and work just fine.

I'll be glad to send you a used regulator to try... it was running fine when the car was disassembled. Not sure if I have the exact one you do, but I'll have a look. Check your PM's.
