I have a 1989 Xj6, and am without any sort of owner's manual. Can anyone tell me what type of coolant Jaguar recommends? Power steering fluid? Transmission fluid?

Green coolant-always use a name brand with protection for aluminum engines. PS fluid and trans fluid, use Dexron or dexron/mercon. Use the specific HMSO mineral oil in the ride levelling/ brake boost green tank in the RH front corner. Audi mineral oil can be used in a pinch, but it is really hard to put it in. Brake fluid in the M/C should be Castrol LMA
