Ya get all excited about having a pair of custom
glasses crafted so you can read the GPS, see the
oil pressure and other dash gauges, scan the road
ahead (in focus)as far as your headlights, spot
baitfish jumping a half mile away, attend a business
meeting, go to an elegant restaurant and read the menu,
and your polarized sun lenses are held in place by
magnets and.................

all this good stuff is in a single pair.

Man, I must be waaaay over the hill!!!!!!!!!!

Now if I just had a TR6 that wasn't up on jack stands
and IF there were not 13 to 16 foot waves pounding--

ah wishful thinking.

Dale:

We will be hitting '65 here this weekend, maybe I can get to defrost a cryogenically sealed LBC.

Finally joined the tri-focal club, eh Doc?

....& I also love my little magnetic sun glasses - a tip though: never lay them on the fender of your LBC when you get gas & forget to pick them up when you drive off....the magnet is not THAT strong! $80 down he drain!

Yes mother Tony!

Wendy has already given me the lecture about
taking the shades off and they go directly into
their special case. $110 a pop here on the island.

But it is just so really cool not to have a pocketful
of different glasses with me all the time.

Now I have to train my head not to look over or under
my new glasses to see things.

You guys are great! And trust me, I'm not fer
hind ya'll.

I knew I was getting old when the doctor that was going to
perform surgery on my hernia wasn't even born at the time
I graduated hight school.

Doctor came here from Viet Nam as a young boy AFTER THE
WAR!

Yup, getting old, but it sure beats the other option.

Live to drive another day.

Hey Dale, Just thought I'd post this for your enjoyment. Was the Square Grouper (Pub in the foreground) there when you were here? Probably not. It used to be the bait shop just west of the lagoon!
