although, I'm not entirely sure I get the joke... like I should... I think the site is a gag.. since the "2006 MBBA (Maine Blackfly Breeder's Association) Convention" is to be held on Feb 29, 2006.... me thinks gag, but me also thinks I'm missing the punch line?
