I watched Magnum Force tonight (Dirty Harry) and it occurred to me that in the scenes near the end of the film, on the aircraft carrier, the bad cops are riding Triumph Motorcycles.
 
Is it just on the aircraft carrier? I seem to remember them riding Moto Guzzis. Maybe they switched to a sportier bike for the stunts at the end.
 
Yes, just the aircraft carrier parts. In the earlier parts of the movie they are riding Moto Guzzi. The stunt men doing the riding on the aircraft carrier preferred Triumphs.

I love the vehicle switcheroos they do -- truly, most folks don't notice.

While I love those old Guzzis, the police versions certainly were not sporting.
