I know when I bought a peco header for my 75 it looked a lot better than this one. Anyone else who's bought a peco header lately is this normal?

Good grief Stewart, that's one crappy looking job. I'd take it back. Not only does it look like they cut the holes out with a torch, but the weld job isn't first class either. Glad you posted it. I certainly wouldn't buy one! Where's that thing made anyway?

The Pacesetter header that I bought for my Spridget was at least that bad. This was about five years ago....not sure if they've improved.

I didn't have time to return it (race coming up) so I cut it apart and fixed it myself.

For a standard street MGB i would not even consider aftermarket headers. If you look at the stock setup its pretty much the same as a long center branch header. They are very efficent and do not go bad. Every 15 years you may need to replace the studs. A small price to pay for older british quality. Bob

Made in the U.K. most likely in some pub near last call.

I'll refrain from comment as to my opinion on their stuff. :madder:
