The outside hex (socket size)is 11/16
The thread is 3/8-24 (also called 3/8-Fine)
Older cars with hubcaps have "open" lugnuts.
Newer cars with styled, steel wheels have "acorn" style
They are readily available from Moss or Vicky-Brit. Not sure if you will find them in a local auto parts store.
